Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Makes 2 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.

Ingredients
1 cup
 
fat free or lowfat milk
1/2 cup
 
pumpkin puree
1/2 cup
 
crushed ice
2 tablespoon
 
fat free half and half
1/4 cup
 
graham cracker crumbs
1
 
banana, sliced and frozen
1 tablespoon
 
brown sugar
1 tablespoon
 
maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon
 
cinnamon
pinch
 
salt
pinch
 
freshly grated nutmeg

Directions
Combine milk and next nine ingredients (through salt) in a blender; process until smooth. Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg, if desired.
